Frequently Asked Questions

We sit together and discuss your business, what you need and any questions you might have. After this initial chat, we will draft a no obligation quote to outline what you need and how we can provide these services, how much it costs and what the timescales and deadlines are.

If you are happy to proceed, we will issue an engagement letter (contract) for us both to sign, you provide the paperwork and off we go. At every step of the way we will keep you updated on the work we are doing for you and when you can expect it to be finalised.

The no obligation quote will outline all the costs involved, but you will have a general idea of costs from the initial chat. There can be a fixed fee for a standard service or an hourly fee depending on the work. Hourly fees will always be agreed before any of the work is done, so there will be no surprise invoices.

The payment is due when the work has been prepared before it is filed with HMRC, unless agreed otherwise. Larger fees can be split into monthly direct debit payments if needed.

Yes, definitely. Depending on the work involved answering the question correctly, there might be an extra fee, but you will be informed beforehand and there are plenty of questions that can be answered without the need for additional fees.
